Jon is a lifelong Pound Ridge resident with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. This May, Jon will be graduating Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in statistics with an applied business option as well as a minor in economics. Outside of the classroom, Jon was on the investment committee for Happy Valley Ventures and also served as the CFO for his fraternity. In his free time, Jon enjoys traveling, watching sports, and hanging with friends. 

Will graduated from Gettysburg College in 2019 with a degree in organization and management studies and played four years on the varsity baseball team. Will is continuing his education at Seton Hall University striving to earn his Masters of Accountancy to further Homegrown College Grill Cleaners as an established business. 

A lifelong Pound Ridge resident, Lucas traveled south to get his degree in biology and business from Clemson University in 2019. Away from the books, Lucas was a member of the varsity rugby team, a fraternity brother of Sigma Chi, and a member of the Microbiology Club. When he is not cleaning grills, Lucas spends time fishing and playing sports with his friends.
